Innovative Work Behavior Development Through Technopreneurship Leadership in Vocational Schools: An Mixed Method Explanatory Research

Objectives: This study explores the development of innovative work behavior through technopreneurship leadership. Methods: Explanatory mixed method with quantitative data collection in form questionnaires a survey 267 permanent teachers foundations at private vocational schools Bogor City and analyzed descriptively. Meanwhile, qualitative interviews, observations, documentation were using Atlas Ti application. Findings: The results this indicate that to be able develop it is necessary supported by ability leaders digital understanding entrepreneurial skills developing programs schools. So abilities possessed leaders, they will influence creation creative environment. Conclusion: Technopreneurship’s leadership makes new model future, especially behavior. Keywords: behavior, leadership, teachers. Abstrak: Tujuan: Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengembangan perilaku kerja inovatif melalui kepemimpinan jenis baru yakni technopreneurship. Metode: Adapun metode yang digunakan dengan pengumpulan kuantitatif berupa kuisioner survei terhadap guru tetap yayasan pada sekolah vokasi swasta di Kota dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Sedangkan kualitatif wawancara, observasi dokumentasi menggunakan aplikasi Ti. Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan untuk dapat mengembangkan perlu didukung oleh kemampuan pemimpin dalam pemahaman enterpeneurship program vokasi. Sehingga dimiliki akan berpengaruh penciptaan lingkungan kreatif inovatif.
